As you may be aware, as of 11 February 2026, Blue Zebra, The Proplab Group and Point Insurance have formally completed our share sale transaction and now form a single entity. This allows us to draw on the strengths, unique value propositions and expertise of each business to provide a market-leading service proposition and product suite.

We are focused on delivering a new brand proposition, service offering and refreshed Zebra Lounge (Blue Zebra’s system) with our broker partners front of mind. This means that we will be transitioning all brands into a newly rebranded Blue Zebra, allowing us to streamline our offering with the best of all worlds in one place.

On 25 May 2026, the SGUA Landlord and Holiday product will be transitioned to the Zebra Lounge system, still under the SGUA brand. This means that all cancellations and amendments will now be transacted on the Blue Leopard system via the Zebra Lounge.

If you are a current Zebra Lounge user, these policies will appear in the Zebra Lounge alongside your Blue Zebra products. If you do not have access to the Zebra Lounge, please contact concierge@bzi.com.au or your usual contact at SGUA or Blue Zebra.

Regarding unbound quotes, should you wish to bind a policy for a quote received, please could you bind it on the existing SGUA system before 5pm (AEST) on Friday, 22 May 2026. If you are unable to bind these quotes before the cut off time, we ask that you rekey the quote into the Blue Zebra system and contact us if you have any issues.

SGUA policies renewing from and including 1 July 2026 will no longer be offered via the SGUA portal. We will offer a replacement policy, with our new capacity providers Chubb, AIG & HDI, on the Zebra Lounge with the Blue Zebra offering, containing the same policy number as the expiring policy.

SGUA Landlord policies will be issued replacement policies under the Blue Zebra Landlords wording.

SGUA Holiday Home policies, where the property is let-out, these policies will be issued under the Blue Zebra Landlord wording.

SGUA Holiday Home policies that are for owner’s use only will be offered under the Blue Zebra Home Building & Contents policy, in line with the Blue Zebra TMD.

If you have any unbound renewal quotes on the SGUA portal, these will be migrated to Zebra Lounge with existing SGUA branding.

For new business placed on or after 25 May 2026, the SGUA portal will no longer be available.

We instead invite you to quote and bind through the Zebra Lounge, with policies issued under Blue Zebra branding.

For policies placed on or after 25 May 2026 with inception date prior to 30 June 2026, they will be on the existing Blue Zebra Landlord product (new branding update).

For policies with effective date from and incl. 1 July 2026 will be the new product and new branding.

Claims that are currently open will continue to be managed under the current SGUA process.

For claims lodged prior to 25 May 2026, please continue to use FNOL or our email lodgment process.

All new SGUA Landlord and Holiday claims from 25 May 2026 will be transacted on the Wilbur platform, with the ability for brokers to lodge directly via FNOL through the Zebra Lounge. These links are also available in the claims section of the SGUA website.
