• Accidental Damage
• Theft
• Fire
• Storm

The claim form can be used if your property has suffered damage for the following types, but not limited to:

• Deliberate Damage caused by the tenant
• Malicious Damage caused by the Tenant
• Pet Damage caused by the Tenants pets
• Default of Rent

This form can be used if anyone makes a demand on you for compensation for personal injury or property damage they alleged was caused due to the condition of your property insured.

In any such cases it is important to note that you should not make any admission of liability as it may affect your cover if you admit liability for an incident you are not legally liable for.
